We offer an exceptional service on the beautiful terrace of our restaurant "Le Bougainvillier" with breathtaking views over the Mediterranean sea, or inside the restaurant with its beautiful and large windows overlooking the bay of Saint Tropez.

Mariu's is a rare gem of the culinary scene in St Raphaël. Our cuisine is inspired by local ingredients, where the highest quality products are the stars of each dish renewed each month to accompany the seasons.
We offer "home-made" cuisine by an artisan chef native to the region.
We ensure that our menu includes dishes that will satisfy the greatest number by offering gluten-free, vegetarian, meat and fresh fish "for amateurs", as well as dishes adapted to the palates of pitchouns.

The Chef is well-versed in the history of the Hôtel Martinez. Born in Cannes, a lover and defender of his Provençal terroir, he has worked at the establishment since 2001; in 2007, he became the Chef at La Palme d’Or restaurant, he channels his creativity and style into the culinary artistry of La Palme d’Or and all the hotel’s other dining establishments.
