Dear guests, 

we want your stay to be as undisturbed and pleasant as possible and for this reason we ask you:
 

• do not throw anything else apart from toilet paper to the toilet

• lock all the doors while leaving the villa. You do so by lifting the handle up and turning the key

• the fireplace can of course be used; however please be very cautious when having the open fire on; we recommend only experienced person can manipulate with the fire . Please keep your children away from the fire

• please note some objects in the house are very old or rare (such as the porcelain table set, silver tea set, crystal glasses and so on); the art on the walls is original and as such it should be treated

• Please be extremely cautious around the pool area. The tiles might be slippery and can cause an injury.

-  please press the ON button on the keys to activate the alarm system when leaving

- the button OFF needs to pressed prior opening the front doors of the Villa

* No lifeguard is on duty at the pool. Accordingly, person using the pool do so at their own risk and the owner assumes no responsibility for accident or injury. Children should not swim unsupervised. Guests acknowledge that he/she should always supervise children on the premises and act responsibly.
